As the start of sales for the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort draws ever closer, Disney is set to increase prices on two other properties yet again.
Effective March 20, 2013, the base price for Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas and Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas will increase from $140 to $145 per point.
This announcement comes 6 weeks after the last increase; prices rose from $135 to $140 per point on December 19, 2012. Rates also went up in July 2012.
These increases occur as Disney prepares to launch timeshare sales at its flagship Grand Floridian resort.
