Effective February 11, 2025, the base price for many Disney Vacation Club resorts will increase by $6-10 per point. 

Small purchases at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows gained some modest discounts and The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness continue to improve. Other resorts are a mixed bag, plus some limited time offers on Copper Creek Villas & Cabins.

Disney Vacation Club has published its annual dues for the coming year. Increases continue to trend around 4-6% annually, though one Walt Disney World property saw rates rise just 2.33% year-to-year and the addition of Island Tower has prompted a decrease in dues for owners of Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.

For a limited time, current Disney Vacation Club owners can save up to $30 per point when adding points at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort. 

Increases in property appraisals and millage rates by Orange County, Florida taxing authorities are expected to result in shortfalls in the ad valorem tax amounts collected for 2024 for all but two of the Disney Vacation Club resorts located at Walt Disney World.
