Disney Vacation Club is poised to annouce a new Concierge Collection destination at the end of the week.
On Friday February 15, Disney Vacation Club will reveal the name of resort joining its Concierge Collection of properties. The Concierge Collection is a group of resorts which are not affiliated with Disney, for which DVC points may still be used to secure reservations. There are currently eleven resorts in the grouping including Keystone Resort in Colorado and The Fairmont San Francisco.
The Concierge Collection is facilitated by agreements between Disney Vacation Club and participating hotels.
Note that points purchased via resale after March 20, 2011 are not eligible to be used toward reservations in the Concierge Collection.
