June 2013 Walt Disney World ticket price increase

On Sunday June 2, 2013 Walt Disney World raised prices on most tickets including all flavors of the Magic Your Way passes and Annual Passes. Turns out, one variety of the Disney Vacation Club discounted Annual Pass actually went down in price.

Worldwide Disney park attendance up 4.7% in 2012

The Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) / AECOM have released attendance reports for the 2012 calendar year. Each of the Walt Disney World parks saw steady gains while Disney California Adventure attendance skyrocketed following the mid-year Cars Land opening.

Disney Springs to be featured in next Disney Files

New Disney Vacation Club Senior VP Ken Potrock today sent a message to members touting the recent Disney Springs announcement. Potrock claims that the May 2013 issue of Disney Files Magazine will refeal more details regarding the imagining of the Downtown Disney shopping district.
