Uzima refurb extended

The Uzima Pool at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge Jambo House was expected to re-open on January 30, 2010 following a month-long refurbishment.  However, the pool remains closed due to delays experienced during the refurb.

It is currently estimated that the Uzima Pool will re-open on Tuesday, February 16, 2010.  This date is also subject to change.

Kidani Bus Depot Construction Photos

In the six months following its grand opening, one of the frequent member complaints about the Kidani Village complex at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas has been the location of the resort's bus depot. Disney is now taking steps to address some of those concerns.

Jambo House Pool Rehab Scheduled

Due to scheduled maintenance work, the Uzima Pool located at Jambo House at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas will be closed from January 4 - 29, 2010.  During this period guests are advised to make use of the Samawati Springs pool at the neighboring Kidani Village complex.
