Disney is currently experimenting with some modifications to parking and transportation at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort.

This week Disney started a test program to offer valet parking at Bay Lake Tower. A small lot between Bay Lake Tower and the A-frame tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort has been reserved for use by parking attendants only.
Previously guests would have to drive to the Contemporary Tower in order to valet park their vehicle. Luggage assistance and curbside check-in are also offered at Bay Lake Tower.
No word on how long Disney plans to test this program before they consider making it permanent.
Additionally, plans are being considered to alter the bus routes for Disney's Magical Express to include a drop-off at Bay Lake Tower. The current DME drop-off point for guests staying in the Disney Vacation Club villas is outside the main entrance of the Contemporary Tower.
