The walkway between Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and Downtown Disney will soon close as work on the Disney Springs renovation expands.
The eastern walkway between Saratoga Springs and the Downtown Disney Marketplace is scheduled to close on Monday, July 8, 2013.
A less-publicised walking path between Saratoga Springs and the Downtown Disney West Side will remain open. Transportation between the two areas is also provided via bus and boat.
A new walking path between Saratoga Springs and the renovated Disney Springs will eventually be constructed. Estimated completion of that project is currently unknown. Work throughout Downtown Disney / Disney Springs is expected to run into 2016.
