A recent Annual Passholder special offer has now been extended to Disney Vacation Club owners as well.
Disney recently unveiled a limited-time merchandise discount for annual passholders and now DVVC members can benefit from the expanded discount, too.
Now through August 14, 2020, Disney Vacation Club owners will save 30% off most merchandise purchases at Walt Disney World. The discount is available at Disney owned and operated locations, which includes the World of Disney store at Disney Springs, resort gift shops and theme park outlets.
The usual list of exclusions applies, including theme park tickets, Disney Gift Cards, electronics, select toys, limited edition items and so on.
DVC members can obtain the discount by providing their member card and a photo ID during check-out.
After August 14, the discount is scheduled to revert to the standard 20%.
Note there is no mention of the additional discount applying to purchases at Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort or Disney's Vero Beach Resort, both of which also offer the standard 20% merchandise reduction.
