DVC Emphasizing Walk-In Tours

General DVC News

Not so long ago, it was very difficult to compare and contrast rooms at various Disney Vacation Club properties in person. Now, expanded access to DVC's variety of resorts and villas is a key component of its marketing efforts.

Like most businesses, Disney Vacation Club has been forced to deal with COVID-19 as they endeavour to sell points at newer destinations like Disney's Riviera Resort. Funneling hundreds of guests through the Preview Center at Disney's Saratoga Spring Resort & Spa is no longer practical. Instead, DVC decided to bring the previews closer to members.

DVC is currently offering no-pressure walk-in tours at no less than nine of the eleven member resorts around Walt Disney World. Among the accommodations available to view are three bedroom Grand Villas at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village and Saratoga Springs, a Cascade Cabin at Copper Creek Villas and a watertop Bungalow at Disney's Polynesian Villas. Other locations have two bedroom villas open for tours.

The only resorts not currently providing a model room for tours are Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge and Disney's Old Key West Resort.

Model rooms are typically available to view between the hours of 9:00am to 8:00pm daily. Villa numbers and other details are available on the Disney Vacation Club website website. Resort guests may also speak to Cast Members staffing the DVC lobby podiums for information.

Buyers who wish to meet one-on-one with a Sales Guide at the Saratoga Springs Preview Center may still do so. The sales center currently features model rooms for Copper Creek and Riviera, along with access to a nearby Saratoga Springs room for guided tours.
