Labor Day 2021 Administrative Adjustments for DVC Owners

Monday, September 7, 2020 is Labor Day in the United States, a national holiday recognized by most public and private businesses including Disney Vacation Club

DVC Perks

DVC Member Services, Member Administration and Member Accounting will be closed all day on Monday, September 6, 2021.  During the closure, members may use DVCMember.com to make, change and cancel reservations, bank points and perform other tasks supported by the site.  

All of the DVC offices will re-open at 9am on Tuesday, September 7.  



Pool hopping privileges are typically suspened from Friday through Monday over the holiday weekend. During this period, members may only utilize pools located at the resort where they have a confirmed DVC points reservation.  However, while the pool hoping information page remains available at DVCMember.com, the list of blockout dates has not been updated past January 2021. 

Reminder that pool hopping is never permitted at Bay Cove Pool at Bay Lake Tower,  Stormalong Bay and the leisure pool at Disney's Beach Club VillasDisney's Grand Floridian Resort & SpaDisney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, Disney's Riviera Resort, Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge or Disney's Art of Animation Resort.  

DVC "Membership Magic" discount perks are subject to blockout dates throughout the year.  Disney Vacation Club no longer publishes a comprehenisve list of blockout dates, stating only that members perks are not available on dates "including, but not limited to, Christmas and New Year's Day."  Members may wish to check with a Disney Cast Member to inquire regarding the availability of member discounts, particularly for Monday, 9/6. 

The Tables In Wonderland dining discount program does not have any blockout dates in force around the Labor Day holiday.
