Disney Vacation Club's latest incentives place new emphasis on Aulani points, offering current owners a discount in excess of $28 per point. New buyers can take advantage of slightly less attractive offers. A sampling of the current credits is listed below:

Other incentive levels are available at both resorts. The Developer Credit is deducted from the balance when calculating the total payoff or amount of the purchase to be financed. The current base price is $188 per point. Down payment of 10-20% of the sale price, before credits, is required.

We still have no concrete information on when Disney Vacation Club plans to launch sales for Disney's Riviera Resort at Walt Disney World. A series of pre-sales legal filings were recently recorded by Orange County, however it may still be weeks or months before Disney opens sales for its fifteenth timeshare destination.
