Disney Vacation Club has seemingly hit a slump in the sales of points at Disney's Riviera Resort. As a result, buyers can benefit from some of the best rates we've seen on this location. The combined value of two "Developer Credits" represents savings which can exceed 10% off the base rate of $188 per point.

Meanwhile incentives to buy at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas continue to grow larger as Disney struggles to move points in the 10-year old resort. At the 300 point level, new buyers will save more than 20% on their purchase while the add-on cost to existing members is more than 22% off:
