Disney Vacation Club Member Services will only be taking cruise-related calls for most of the day.
Between the hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm eastern on Saturday, April 6, DVC Member Services will only be taking phone calls related to the 2020 Member Cruise to Alaska. Members needing assistance with other matters are encouraged to use the DVCMember..com website or call Member Services after 3pm.
The 2020 cruise is a 7-night sailiing ablard the Disney Wonder, departing Vancouver, Canada on August 24, returning on August 31. Scheduled stops include Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan.
The cost starts at 328 vacation points or $2,591 per adult, based upon double occupancy.
Members wishing to book the cruise are advised to call early and be prepared for extended on-hold times. Callers should be prepared with the name, address, date-of-birth and phone number for all members of their party. Also have DVC Member number, Castaway Club ID, a list of stateroom preferences and any special dietary or medical needs.
