Disney Vacation Club Member Services and the DVCMember.com web portal will be impacted by scheduled system downtime.
On Tuesday, February 11, 2014, Disney Vacation Club Member Services will delay opening until 11:00am eastern. Additionally the online booking feature at DVCMember.com will be unavailable from 2:00am until 11:00am on the same day.
The downtime is scheduled in order to accommodate planned system updates. No specifics have been revealed regarding the nature of the udpates.
Other online features including point banking, annual dues and loan payments will remain available during the outage.
