Monthly Sales Update for February 2014

In February 2014, Disney Vacation Development sold 157,125 Disney Vacation Club points, a drop of 22.3% compared to January 2014 when 202,117 points were sold. Given that DVC sales jumped over 70% in January 2014, a decline in sales for February was not unexpected.

DVCNews Debates: MS Wait Time

DVCNews DebatesReports from many Disney Vacation Club members suggest that wait times at DVC Member Services have grown considerably in recent months.  It seems rare for a call to be answered immediately. Typical wait times can range from 10 minutes to 30 minutes or more.  

The extended waits may be attibutable to seasonal increases in phone traffic, questions about the MyMagic+ program, new Membership Magic programs bookable through Member Services and other factors.  

 Topic: Have you found Member Services wait times to be excessive in recent months?  If so, what is a reasonable standard to which DVC should strive?
