Early registration for the Disney Vacation Club Moonlight Magic sessions at Disney's Animal Kingdom on February 27 and April 23, 2024 opens on Thursday morning.
Eligible DVC members with hotel reservations for the nights of February 27 and April 23 will be able to register for Moonlight Magic events beginning at 11:00am eastern on Thursday, February 1, 2024. Members must meet the requirements to qualify for Membership Extras in order to attend, as well as having a DVC villa or hotel reservation on the night of the event. Qualifying resorts include all Disney-owned locations at Walt Disney World as well as Disney's Vero Beach Resort.
Beginning in 2024, all reservations must be coordinated through the DVC website or DVC Member Services in order to qualify. Guests making cash reservations at Disney resorts via the Disney website, travel agent or similar cannot take advantage of the early registration period.

The site utilizes a virtual queue to manage registrations. Members are advised to arrive in the waiting room prior to the designated start time. At 11:00am, all individuals in the waiting room will be assigned a random queue position. This queue position will determine when the member can register for the event.
Registration is required in order to attend. However, Moonlight Magic events do not typically have sufficient capacity to accommodate all eligible DVC members with a resort reservation. Those who are given the opportunity to register can reserve spots for the number of guests listed on the corresponding resort reservation.
Be prepared with a DVC membership number when registering. The qualifying DVC member must be present during the event, and able to provide both their digital DVC member card and a photo ID.
General registration will be held for members without hotel reservations and those who are not able to secure a spot during this initial window. Those second opportunities will take place on the following dates:
- February 27 Animal Kingdom Moonlight Magic: General registration occurs on February 8
- April 23 Animal Kingdom Moonlight Magic: General registration occurs on April 11
Each member may only register for one Moonlight Magic session per theme park in 2024.
