This Saturday, Disney Vacation Club Member Services response time will be impacted as agents spend the day helping owners book the 2025 Member Cruise aboard the Disney Dream.
On Saturday, April 13, 2024, qualifying members can book next year's member-exclusive Disney Vacation Club cruise. From 10:00am until 6:00pm, Member Services will be assisting members booking the cruise. Expect long wait times as cast members work to accommodate all interested members. Even though this is an "all hands on deck" day for DVC, it will take several hours to confirm travel details for more than 1200 families sailing on the ship.
DVC typically asks that only those looking to book the cruise, along with individuals who have urgent needs and are within 5 days of their arrival, attempt to reach Member Services during that period. Members seeking assistance with other issues are asked to use the self-service tools on the DVC website or to call back when Member Services reopens at 9:00am on Sunday, April 14.
Owners wishing to book the cruise should be prepared with the following information:
- Member ID Number
- First, second and third stateroom category choices
- Special medical or dietary needs
- Castaway Club Number
For each person sailing, please have the following information ready:
- Legal name and middle initial, spelled as it appears in print on appropriate citizenship documentation
- Physical home address
- Home telephone number
- Date of birth
- Citizenship/nationality
The DVC cruise is a 5-night Caribbean voyage, departing Fort Lauderdale on August 2 and returning on August 7, 2025. The itinerary features stops in Cozumel and Castaway Cay, along with 2 days at sea. Point charts and cash prices can be found in our prior coverage. Note that the point values and cash prices listed are per-person, and each cabin requires payment for at least two occupants at the stated rates.
Owners must also qualify for DVC Membership Extras in order to participate in the member cruise. Points used must qualify for Disney Collection exchanges, purchased direct from DVC or via resale before March 21, 2011. Guests may also opt to pay cash for all members of their party. Cash payment for the balance of the cruise is due at the time of booking.
The $95 Disney Collection booking fee is waived for this Member Cruise. The cruise fare includes on-board Cast Member gratuities.
