Disney Vacation Club recently revived its 2010 promotional spot "Disney Storybook Vacations." With the exception of some added Aulani content, the infomercial remains largely unchanged from its original broadcast a year ago. Now members are being sought to appear in a follow-up edition.

Scheduling a Disney Cruise Line vacation using Disney Vacation Club points is an option available to most members. However, some members are opposed to the idea of using points to cruise. The values for cruising on points are not as advantageous as using them for DVC resort stays. Point usage can be rather stringent in the event of a cancellation or re-scheduling. Often times it is more economical to rent out the DVC points and simply pay cash for the cruise. Nevertheless, some simply prefer the ease of booking with points.
