Guests at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel have access to an exclusive side entrance to Disney California Adventure. From the hotel lobby, follow the signs leading to the theme park.
To reach Disneyland, guests have two primary options. The first is to access Disney California Adventure via the dedicated entrance noted above, walk through DCA and exit via its front entrance, cross the plaza and enter Disneyland.
The second route consists of walking through Downtown Disney to the main theme park entrance plaza and then entering Disneyland directly. From the hotel lobby, follow the "Disneyland" directional signs to approach the park in this manner.
Yes. Approximately 40% of the villa rooms face Disney California Adventure with many providing an acceptable view of the popular nighttime show. The soundtrack can be heard by tuning in to the designated resort TV station.
Guests can also visit a dedicated viewing plaform on the top floor of the hotel. Room key is required to access the platform. The show soundtrack is played on nearby speakers and restrooms are available. Note that the viewing angle from this platform is less than ideal. Availability of the platform may vary. Check with the resort front desk for details.
The trash room is located on the first floor of the villa wing, around the corner from the elevator.

Yes. There are two gas grills located on the ground floor outside the villa wing. Upon entering the villa wing, proceed past the elevators and at the rear of the building.
