Disney Vacation Club's actively-selling resorts are eligible for an additional $500 discount for first-time buyers who are referred by an existing member. Disney's Riviera Resort, Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas and the newly-relaunched Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa are all eligible for the bonus, which stacks with current incentive pricing.

In the fall of 2021, Disney Vacation Club enhanced its referral program, offering a $500 discount for new buyers who were referred by an existing member. At the time, purchases of 150 or more points at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas and Disney's Riviera Resort qualified for the discount. It has since been extended to those buying into Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
At the present time, first time buyers are paying the full $207 each for a minimum purchase of 150 points at Grand Floridian. The $500 referral bonus would provide a modest discount of $3.33 per point on the minimum contract.
A purchase of 150 points at Riviera would currently yield total savings of $1,400 ($6 x 150 points, plus the $500 bonus). while the same Aulani purchase would be discounted by $1,550 ($7 x 150 points, plus $500 bonus).
The referral incentive is available on larger purchases at all three locations, which may feature larger per-point discounts as well.
This offer is open only to first-time buyers living in the 50 US states. In order to be eligible for the referral bonus, buyers must not have previously had formal contact with a Disney Vacation Club sales representative. The referral is only valid for 365 days, and the $500 bonus incentive is subject to end at any time. Additional terms and conditions apply.

Members living in a qualifying state are eligible to receive a reward in exchange for a successful referral. While the reward is cited as having a value of $50 or more, recent awards have been issued in the form of a $150 Disney gift card. Members may refer up to 12 prospective buyers each year and receieve one reward annually upon completion of a purchase.
Members must reside in one of the following US states in order to be eligible for a "Disney experience" reward following the purchase by a referred buyer: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawai`i, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
