About a week ago Disney Vacation Club increased the price of points at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas from a base of $120 per point to $135 per point.  Now comes word that increases are planned for three other resorts being actively marketed.  

November 2011 saw the continuing decline in the number of Disney Vacation Club points sold directly by Disney. With only 161,328 points sold, November marked the third month in a row in which point sales were less than the month before. It also marked the smallest number of points sold during a month in well over a year.

Travel guru Samantha Brown is the hostess of the latest Disney Vacation Club webcast, which is being aired online December 7-10, 2011.

Today--December 5--is the last day to purchase points at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas before the price goes up.
