H2O Plus Skincare Products Discontinued

General DVC News

The H2O Plus line of bath products, famously stocked in Disney hotel rooms and Disney Vacation Club villas, is being discontinued.

H2O Discontinued

An announcement posted on the company's H2Oplus.com website indicates that the brand is set to be "retired."

H2O is owned by Japanese cosmetics company Pola Orbis Holdings, LLC. Despite a 30 year track record and visiblilty in Disney properties, the H2O brand has struggled to find traction in recent years. The company is apparently shifting focus to its other skincare brands which include both POLA and ORBIS.

H2O products have been supplied in guest rooms at Disneyland and Walt Disney World for more than a decade. Many resorts stock small single-guest bottles of the product while others have been converted to bulk dispensers which provide H2O products like shampoo and conditioner in larger quantities.

H2O products were also available for purchase in resort gift shops and at shopDisney.com

H2Oplus.com is no longer accepting new orders, with customers referred to Amazon to purchase remaining stock. H2O products have also been marked down at shopDisney.com

No word on whether Disney guest rooms will move to one of the alternate Pola Orbis lines or some other bath product.
