Resorts have different contract ending dates (see footnote). These dates should be taken into consideration when determining the value of each resort purchase option. Minimum purchases are subject to change and can be confirmed with a DVC sales rep. As of 2021, 150 direct purchase points are required in order to be eligible for Membership Magic perks and benefits.
