Boulder Ridge Villas

• Even number rooms face toward the resort main entrance
• Odd number rooms face toward the Boulder Ridge Cove pool and Bay Lake
• Room numbers ending in xx17 - xx30 directly overlook the Boulder Ridge lobby

Common room request notes for Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa:

Standard View

• Odd numbered rooms 1x03 to 1x13 and 1x25 to 1x29 may have obstructed view of Magic Kingdom fireworks
• Odd numbered rooms 1x15 to 1x21 and even numbered rooms 1x20 to 1x28 face the monorail
• Even numbered Resort Studios 9x02 to 9x40 overlook the quiet pool and may have some obstructed view of fireworks
• First floor rooms have a patio, while most upper floor rooms have an enclosed balcony

Lake / Lagoon View

• Even numbered rooms 1x02 to 1x18 generally face the Polynesian resort and Seven Seas Lagoon
• Even numbered rooms 1x14 to 1x18 may have obstructed view of Magic Kingdom fireworks
• Odd numbered Resort Studios 9x01 to 9x39 face to the south toward the Polynesian
• First floor rooms have a patio, while most upper floor rooms have an enclosed balcony

Theme Park View

• Resort Studios 9x41 to 9x47 face toward the Magic Kingdom
• Some Resort Studios have view partially obstructed by foliage
• All Grand Villas also have a direct view of the Magic Kingdom

Polynesian ViewFinder

Standard View

• Pago Pago is most convenient to self parking lot and Transportation and Ticket Center
• Pago Pago rooms numbered x101 to x112 overlook the parking lot
• Tokelau rooms numbered x901 to x914 and x939 to x948 overlook the Oasis pool with some view toward Grand Floridian also possible 

Lake View

• All Lake View rooms are in the Moorea building
• Rooms on lower floors have greater chance of obstructed view due to the bungalows

BoardWalk Villas ViewFinder

Common room request notes for Disney's BoardWalk Villas:

Standard View

• Odd numbered rooms x069 to x121 face the main entrace drive
• Odd numbered rooms x123 to x135 face the parking lot and toward Disney's Hollywood Studios
• Lower number rooms are closer to the one bank of elevators

BoardWalk View

• Higher number BoardWalk View rooms (x049 being the highest) will be closer to elevators and main lobby
• Lower floor rooms are closer to the BoardWalk and tend to be noisier
• EPCOT fireworks are visible from all BoardWalk View rooms 

Garden / Pool View

• Odd numbered rooms x051 to x065 overlook the Village Green and have some view of the BoardWalk; nearly all of these rooms are Studios
• Rooms around the Luna Park main pool tend to be noisiest

• Odd numbered rooms x501 to x513 overlook the pool
• Even numbered rooms x500 to x510 and x520 to x522 face Disney California Adventure
• Even numbered rooms x514 to x518 face Redwood Creek Challenge Trail
• Rooms facing the theme park can be very loud during the nighttime show
• Rooms facing the pool have some view of high level fireworks from Disneyland

Common room request notes for Disney's Old Key West Resort:

Near Hospitality House

• Room will be in one of the following buildings: 11, 12, 13, 14, 23, 24, 25, or 26 
• None of the buildings have elevators; request ground floor if unwilling to use stairs

Standard (not "Near Hospitality House")

• Only buildings 62, 63, 64 have elevators and are typically reserved for guests with mobility issues
• Request ground floor if unwilling to use stairs
• South Point is furthest from Hospitality House
• Turtle Pond area has largest "quiet pool" with quick service dining that operates seasonally
• Buildings 15-19 offer shortest walk to Hospitality House and main pool
• Buildings 45, 46, 55 have pleasant view of canal leading to Disney Springs
• Buildings 30-64 have additional door to master bathroom in 1 and 2 Bedroom Villas allowing easier access for guests sleeping in living room
