WDW Vacation Planning News

With Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve on the horizon, Walt Disney World has unexpectedly halted sales on most types of Annual Passes.

Three of the four types of Annual Passes offered at Walt Disney World are "currently unavailable" for purchase. This includes the $899 Sorcerer Pass which is offered only to Disney Vacation Club members and Florida residents, and the $1299 Incredi-Pass available to the general public.  Only the Florida Resident Pixie Dust Pass--with ample blockout dates--remains available for purchase.

The suspension occurred without warning, with some sources indicating pass sales may not resume until sometime in 2022.

With 40 days remaining in 2021, Disney is currently showing 6 days with no Park Pass availability and another 15 days with limited availability.

Annual Pass sales resumed on September 8, 2021 after being suspended nearly 18 months due to COVID-19.

Current annual passholders will reportedly be able to renew their passes even though sales of new passes is unavailable.
