Makahiki Restaurant will soon welcome back Mickey Mouse and friends for character dining.
Beginning Friday, May 7, Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa will reintroduce character dining with a 3-course breakfast at Makahiki Restaurant.
Breakfast will be offered 7 days per week, with character appearances every Monday, Friday and Saturday. During the month of May, character dining will be open exclusively to resort guests.
Mickey Mouse and his friends will appear, along with Aunty or Uncle for "fun songs and entertainment" throughout the meal.
The full menu and prices have not been revealed. Via the Disney Parks Blog, several entrees are mentioned including macadamia nut pancakes and Hawaiian-style Loco Moco with hamburger steak. Among the kids options is a Mickey and Minnie waffle, featuring a Belgian mickey waffle and a red velvet Minnie waffle.
