Refurbishment work at Disney's BoardWalk Villas is taking longer than expected, and is now expected to run through most of 2020. 

While the feature pool at Disney's BoardWalk Villas will remain open, its slide will be unavailable through most of October. 

The exterior signage has been removed from the now-closed ice cream parlor formerly located on Disney's BoardWalk. 

The Ample Hills Creamery location on Disney's BoardWalk will apparently not reopen and a Disney Springs location has been scuttled.
