Multiple news outlets are reporting a Thursday morning shark attack in the ocean adjacent to Disney's Vero Beach Resort.
A 54-year old man is alert and stable after being attacked off the shore of the Disney Vacation Club resort. The man was bitten in the leg while swimming, according to information provided by the Indian River Sheriff's Office.
According to reports from WTXL and WPBF, the victim was taken to Lawnwood Regional Medical Center. The extent of the injury is not known, but he is in stable condition.
There is no information as to whether the man is a guest at the Disney resort.
