On December 24, 2007, Disney Vacation Development filed the Forty-Second Amendment to Declaration of Condominium for Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort.  This amendment added Phases 130 - 131 (Units 130A, 130B, 131A and 131B) to the Condominium. 

OK, so what does this mean to you and me?

Disney's Treehouse Villas have stood between what are now the Old Key West and Saratoga Springs resorts for over three decades.  However, yesterday Disney may have moved one step closer to replacing these icons of the past.

The October 18, 2007 issue of the Passporter Newsletter includes a guest review of Saratoga Springs' Turf Club Bar and Grill.  Walt Disney World guest Michelle Clark took the advice of a Disney Dining rep and made a special trip from Port Orleans Riverside to SSR to dine at the Turf Club. 

A recent article in The Courier Journal (Louisville, KY) takes a look at vacationing in Walt Disney World.  The author stayed in a two bedroom villa at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, and the article includes a brief overview of the DVC program.
