Disney Vacation Club held the first in a series of March webcasts last night. Those who attend the sessions are eligible for added discounts off of the prevailing prices.
Webcast prices are generally running about $2 per point less than what DVC is offering to the general public.
For example, current discounts for new purchases at the Bay Lake Tower are $6 off of 160-199 points, $10 off on 200-319 points and $12 off of 320 or more points. Webcast discounts are $8, $12 and $14 per point respectively.
Discounts for the Animal Kingdom Villas are similar. General public discounts are running $10 per point for 160-199 points and $15 off of 200 or more. Webcast attendees save $12 per point on 160-199 and $17 per point on 200 or more.
