Prices for Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas increased as expected but incentives remain the same.
On July 16 Disney Vacation Club increased pricing at two resorts by $5 per point. Bay Lake Tower now sports a base price of $165 per point and Animal Kingdom Villas sits at $135.
Promotions for the two properties remain unchanged. Bay Lake Tower buyers can save $8-12 per point depending upon the size of the purchase. Animal Kingdom Villas buyers can choose between a promotional credit or 10 "free" points for every 100 purchased.
Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas is also available for $135 per point with buyers choosing from a promotional credit or "free" points.
