The newest private space for Disney Vacation Club owners will be added to Frontierland at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom.
Via X.com, Scott Gustin confirmed prior rumors that a Disney Vacation Club members-only lounge would replace the venerable Frontierland Shootin' Arcade. Construction is set to begin later in 2024 with no opening timeframe revealed.
Gustin quotes Disney representatives as stating that the lounge will be a "pioneer-inspired space" influenced by "the bygone era of exploration and adventure."
The Frontierland location was reported by WDWMagic.com back in April. This will be the third members-only space at Walt Disney World, along with the lounge in EPCOT's Imagination Pavilion and Top of the World Lounge - a Villain's Lair at Bay Lake Tower. The EPCOT lounge is currently closed for refurbishment with a temporary space open in the Odyssey Pavilion.
The first DVC lounge at Disneyland opened in 2023 as Star View Station - a Member Lounge, located in Tomorrowland.
