Disney Vacation Club Member Services is typically available seven days per week but will experience some closures during the upcoming Holiday Season.
Member Services is scheduled to be closed the following days:
Thursday November 24, 2011 (Thanksgiving Day U.S.)
Sunday December 25, 2011
Sunday January 1, 2012
Normal operating hours will be maintained on all other days throughout the 2011 Holiday Season. Member Services is currently open 9:00am to 5:30pm eastern time.
The Japan branch of Disney Vacation Club Member Services will continue to operate with regular hours during the Holiday Season.
Note that when Member Services is closed exactly 11 or 7 months prior to a guest's desired arrival, owner's should contact Member Services on the next operating day. Reservations cannot be made more than 11 / 7 months in advance. A member wishing to book a stay at their Home resort which commences on November 25, 2012 must wait until December 26, 2011 to reserve due to the scheduled closure on December 25.
