Disney Vacation Club representatives are off for the day, returning to work on Friday, November 28, 2025.
Reminder that Member Services, Member Administration and Member Accounting will be closed on Thursday, November 27, 2025 in observance of Thanksgiving Day in the United States. Offices will reopen at 9:00am eastern on Friday, November 28. During the closure, online services will remain available at DVCMember.com. Features include booking, canceling and modifying reservations, banking points, paying annual dues and more.
In years past, select member perks including pool hopping and access to the Top of the World Lounge were often suspended during busy holiday periods, However, those perks were discontinued in 2020. Select Disney Vacation Club discounts on dining and shopping may be unavailable during holiday periods. Members are welcome inquire with cast members regarding discount availablity before making any purchases.
The Disney Sorcerer annual pass--available exclusively to Florida Residents and Disney Vacation Club members--is blocked-out from theme park entry from November 27 - 29, 2025.
