In March Disney Vacation Club raised the price of points for the Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort from $130 to $140 each. However, buyers can still get the $130 price for another couple of months.
According to DVC sales reps, they plan to continue honoring the base price of $130 per point (less incentives) through June 7, 2011. Current members can add 25 or more points at this price, with discounts of $4 - $21 per point depending upon the size of the add-on purchase.
New owners can also obtain the $130 base price--with additional discounts of $6-18 per point--but only if they are referred by a current Disney Vacation Club member. For referral information, feel free to contact us at
On June 8, 2011, the base price is scheduled to increase to $140 per point for all buyers.
