Disney Vacation Club has introduced a new feature allowing owners to chat live online with a Member Services represetative.
Despite the existence of an online system for making Disney Vacation Club room reservations, more detailed transactions or reservation changes have necessitated a phone call to Member Services. That is no longer the case with the debut of a live chat feature at DVCMember.com.
During Member Services operating hours, owners can launch a live chat session with a DVC Cast Member. Cast Members are equipped to answer questions and manage reservations in the same manner as the Member Services telephone representatives.
When available a "Chat Now" link will be displayed in the right-hand margin of the DVCMember.com home page.
