Every Disney resort features its own unique perks and features for Disney Vacation Club owners. Let's take a look at what DVC members can expect to experience when visiting Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa.
The popularity (and profitability) of Disney's timeshare program has lead to an extensive presence throughout the Disney empire. Aulani is no different, with Cast Members ready and willing to sell points to both current and first-time members. But even if you're not in the market for more points, owners can take part in a variety of benefits throughout their stay.
Upon entering their guest room, owners should find a custom print and post card featuring Aulani artwork from artist Brett Iwan. The print includes a message, advising owners to stop by the Disney Vacation Club desk at Hoku Hideaway to claim their Welcome Home gift.
While the Welcome Home gift(s) may vary over time, current offerings include a Disney Vacation Club tote bag, member magnet and a tube of lip balm.
The resort's Olelo Room features a sort of scavenger hunt among its artwork. Complete the game for an Aulani magnet.
Other resort giveaways can be found like custom celebration buttons and even unique MagicBand sliders.
Aulani has its own extensive PhotoPass program with photographers present at character meets, sunset on the beach and elsewhere. Paid participants in Membership Magic Beyond during 2026 can claim a free print of any one of their PhotoPass images. Visit the DVC desk to pick up the coupon, and then redeem it at the PhotoPass desk.
Inside guest rooms, owners will find a summary of housekeeping services provided during the stay. Unlike some other Disney destinations, daily trash removal is not provided. Owners will receive trash and towel service for stays of 4 or more nights, and a full cleaning for stays of 8 or more.
Guests with longer stays may want to take advantage of the resort's refillable mug program, which we detailed in a prior post. And if you're staying in a One bedroom or larger villa, the free barbeque grills may come in handy for meal preparation.
