Early owners of The Villas at Disneyland Hotel can begin booking their first stay as early as May 16, 2023; other members hoping to book dates 7 months prior to arrival will have to wait quite a bit longer.

Point sales for the new Disney Vacation Club tower begin on May 2nd. Those early buyers can begin booking their stays just two weeks later on May 16. Reservations will be subject to the normal 11 month window, giving the first owners immediate access to all check-in dates through April 16, 2024.
Owners of other resorts hoping to book a room will have to wait about 2.5 months longer. Non-owners will not be able to make reservations at Disneyland Hotel until July 27, 2023. On that date, non-owners will have access to all remaining availability from the resort's September 28, 2023 opening through February 27, 2024. Going forward, the normal 7 month booking window will apply.
These modified timelines are normal for new resorts. It is not possible to give owners full 11 month access to all dates. Therefore, DVC is granting early buyers a 10-week window from May 16 to July 27 to make reservations before other club members can access dates at the resort.
Like Disney's Riviera Resort, The Villas at Disneyland Hotel has been dubbed a "Restricted Resort", meaning that only points purchased directly from Disney Vacation Club--and resale points previously grandfathered--can be used to book the resort.
All individuals using DVC points to stay at Disneyland Hotel will be subject to a Transient Occupancy Tax payable during the stay. The tax is currently estimated at $2.73 per point for stays in 2023.
