Glass Washers Coming to SSR

Back in March the Disney Vacation Club elected to remove glassware from all studio villas due to concerns regarding the ability to properly clean items between guests. The move was partially reversed days later when glasses were put back all villas except those at Disney's Old Key West and Saratoga Springs resorts. At the time DVC said they were researching the possibility of placing commercial glass washers throughout these two resorts. Now it appears DVC is poised to make good on that commitment.

Saratoga Springs "Sold Out"; Incentives Ending Soon!

In Disney Vacation Club terms, "selling-out" a resort is a unique process. After all, Old Key West "sold out" over a decade ago, and folks can still buy points at that resort from DVC today. But by Disney's definition, after nearly 5 years of selling more than 800 rooms worth of points, Disney's Sartoga Springs Resort and Spa is finally sold out.

Treehouse Demolition Photos

DVCNews previously reported on Disney's intent to re-build the Treehouse Villas. It remains a mystery as to whether the structures will ultimately become Disney Vacation Club units, offered to cash guests, or be put to some other use by the company.

Saratoga Springs Nearing Sellout

In the fall of 2003 Disney Vacation Club began selling ownership in its seventh (and largest) development. Five years and 800 units later, the end is near for this attractive Vacation Club resort.
