Later this year, a Disneyland favorite will make its way to Walt Disney World.
Via its Instagram account, Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs has announced plans to open a location on Disney's BoardWalk before the end of 2023. It will fill the kiosk which was formerly home to BoardWalk To Go near Flying Fish Cafe and Abracadabar.
Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs currently has a location in Downtown Disney at Disneyland Resort. The menu features traditional corn dogs along with more unique variations like the Pickle Dog (Hot Dog, wrapped in a Pickle, fried in Cornmeal Batter, and Panko Crusted) and the Golden Dragon (Classic, All-Beef Corn Dog, crusted with Panko Breadcrumbs. Served with a side of Sriracha Mayo, sweet Thai chili, and a Mandarin.)
No specific timeline has been provided for the opening.
This is the latest in several changes at Disney's BoardWalk. Other moves include the reimagining of BoardWalk Bakery into the BoardWalk Deli and the still under construction Cake Bake Shop planned for the former site of ESPN Club.
The menu at BoardWalk To Go featured traditional fast food fare including hot dogs, chicken tenders and french fries.
