Along with the previously announced Hurly-Burly lounge and Basin bath store, a new quick service dining option is coming to Disney's BoardWalk.
Disney has confirmed plans to add additional quick service dining to the BoardWalk shopping district. The latest issue of Disney Files Magazine includes this brief blurb:
The Disney Files staff also has an ear out for details on the soon-to-be-announced, quick-service dining destination bound for the boardwalk.
The new eatery is likely planned for the former home to Big River Grill & Brewing Works, The space has been vacant since it abruptly closed back in January 2024. No word on when the new quick service dining may be available, though there does appear to be work occurring in the Big River Grill storefront.
The family-friendly Hurly-Burly is scheduled to open on October 1, 2026 in the former site of Jellyrolls Dueling Piano bar. A Basin store is expected to be added to the former Promenade Art Gallery, joining the other bath outlets at Disney Springs and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
