Popular Signature dining venue Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera has unveiled a limited time dinner menu for the summer.
Disney's Riviera Resort is home to the newest Signature dining location at Walt Disney World and they've rolled out some menu changes especially for the summer of 2022.
Among the recent additions are:

Asparagus Soup: Quail Egg, Carrot Tuile, Parmesan, Prosciutto Dust ($14.00)

Organic Beet Salad: Fennel, Burrata, Pickled Beets, Beet Purée, Chives ($16.00)
- Tortelloni ai Funghi: Smoked Paprika-Mushroom Tortelloni, Saffron, Morels, Pickled Radish, Charred Pearl Onions, Eggplant-Cashew Cream ($34.00)

Filet Mignon: Potato pavé, Bordelaise sauce, asparagus, mushrooms, shallot vinaigrette ($54.00)
The complete dinner menu can be viewed on the Disney Dining website. No word on how long the new menu additions will be offered.
Topolino's Terrace also features a daily breakfast with appearances from Disney characters including Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse.
Note that Disney Vacation Club members who qualify for Membership Magic save 10% off meals at Topolino's Terrace. Alcoholic beverages are excluded. Present DVC digital ID card plus photo ID in order to receive the discount.
