In 2006 DVC members gained access to the Magic Your Way Dining Plan...but only when using their points to stay at one of the 6 DVC resorts based at Walt Disney World. Now members have a few more options for utilizing the dining plan.
Beginning in 2008, members will be able to purchase the dining plan add-on when using their points at any Walt Disney World resorts, including non-DVC properties like the Polynesian and Grand Floridian. The rates and terms of the program are the same--members must pay the full published prices for the dining plan for every member of their party and every night of their stay. As is the case with reservations at DVC resorts, there is no minimum length of stay and no ticket purchase requirement.
The dining plan must be added to a reservation at least 48 hours prior to arrival--it cannot be purchased at check-in unless previously noted on the reservation. Contact DVC Member Services to add the Magic Your Way Dining Plan to any Walt Disney World resort stay.
