The newest Disney Vacation Club owners can begin booking reservations at their Home resort on May 16, 2023.
Early buyers of The Villas at Disneyland Hotel will have the opportunity to book rooms beginning on May 16. Owners will have access to the full 11 month booking window, with check-in dates available from the September 28, 2023 opening up through April 16, 2024.
During this modified Home resort booking period, owners must call Disney Vacation Club Member Services in order to make a reservation using their points. Phone lines open at 9:00 am eastern, 6:00 am pacific.
Non-owners can begin booking the resort as of July 27, 2023. The standard 7-month window will apply, giving non-owners access to check-in dates through February 27, 2024. It is expected that full online booking capabilities will be implemented when reservations open to all owners in July. These modified reservation periods are typical for a new resort, allowing early buyers access to 11-month reservations before access is granted to non-owners.
Only a fraction of all Disneyland Hotel villas will be available for DVC points reservations, so availability of some room categories may be limited.
Initial pricing is in place for for current DVC owners looking to add-on through May 29. Sales open to new buyers on May 30, at which time the incentives are expected to be adjusted. Buyers can also reduce their up front cost by forfeiting their first year's points in exchange for a credit of $22 per point via DVC's Magical Beginnings promotion.
