More villas have been declared for the Disney Vacation Club inventory at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas. The new declaration contains eleven two-bedroom villas and accounts for 179,190 points added to the DVC program.
With this latest declaration, 74.96% of Animal Kingdom Villas has now been declared for the DVC inventory. This means that on any given Use Day, almost three-fourths of the 458 vacation homes can be booked using points.
Although the declaration was recorded on February 3, 2012 by the Orange County Comptroller, Disney Vacation Development actually made the declaration on October 27, 2011. Declarations are typically entered by the county within a few short weeks of the filing. Why this latest declaration was delayed over three months before it was recorded is unknown.
