Another wave of villas have been declared for the Disney Vacation Club inventory at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas. The new declaration contains 12 two-bedroom villas and accounts for 195,480 points.
With this latest declaration, the percentage of Animal Kingdom Villas' inventory that has been declared for the DVC membership has increased from 74.96% to 77.60%. This means that on any given Use Day, over three-fourths of Animal Kingdom Villas' 458 vacation homes can be booked using points.
It is not known when Disney Vacation Development actually made this latest declaration. Normally, when DVD declares more villas for a resort, it also files a 'Condo Related' document with the Orange County Comptroller which shows the effective date of the declaration. However, the Condo Related document for this latest declaration has yet to appear on the OCC website.

Now that Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa are no longer the focus of DVD's marketing and promotional efforts, more Animal Kingdom Villas points should be sold in the coming months. If so, DVD should have to declare additional villas with more frequency in future months.
