Disney Vacation Club's current incentives have been in place since June, however discounts for a purchase of 150 or more points in The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort have received a late boost.
Disney Vacation Club has increased the promotional incentives for the Fort Wilderness cabins by $1000 for the purchase of 150 or more points. The chart below illustrates the current incentives at various purchase levels. The base price for Fort Wilderness points is $225 each. That rate is reduced by the discount of $13 each for first time buyers or $17 for current owners adding-on. And the Welcome Home offer is deducted from the balance.

200 points purchased at a base price of $225 would cost $45,000 with no incentives applied. However, a first time buyer saves $2,600 via the per-point incentive (200 x $13) and an additional $3,500 from the Welcome Home promotion. That lowers the effective net rate to $38,900 or $194.50 per point.
Similarly, a current owner adding 200 points would save $3,400 via the per-point incentive (200 x $17) and an additional $4,750 from the Welcome Home promotion for a net rate of $36,850 or $184.25 per point.
DVC's Magical Beginnings offer should also be available, allowing buyers to sell back or forfeit their first set of points in exchange for an additional credit of $20 per points. Members are still responsible for the annual dues on points when taking advantage of Magical Beginnings. Additional closing costs and fees may be required for any direct purchase. These incentives are scheduled to expire on September 30, 2024. DVC reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Incentives are also available for at least three other properties including Disney's Riviera Resort, The Villas at Disneyland Hotel and Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas. Sales are expected to begin soon for Island Tower at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. However, DVC has not yet revealed pricing or on-sale dates. Island Tower is expected to open to guests on December 17, 2024.
