The new restuarnt located in Island Tower at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows will feature all day dining, along with a walk-up pool bar and grill.
When the new Island Tower opens later this year, guests will be able to enjoy this brand new open air restaurant right on the ground floor of the new Disney Vacation Club facility. Wailulu Bar & Grill is set to offer an on-the-go breakfast along with an all-day lunch and dinner menu. The restaurant features "banquette seating surrounded by flowing water to a lava rock-inspired bar overlooking Seven Seas Lagoon." Its location overlooking the Lagoon will provide a perfect view of the Magic Kingdom, including its nightly fireworks presentation, as well as the popular Electric Water Pageant.
The nearby bar will offer walk-up service for cocktails and other refreshing drinks, along with additional food service.
Wailulu Bar & Grill joins other dining options at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort including 'Ohana, Kona Cafe, Capt. Cook's and Trader Sam's Grog Grotto.
Island Tower is set to open on December 17, 2024. It will be part of the existing condominium association for Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, providing 11 month booking access for all Polynesian owners. Rooms are also available for booking by cash guests, although that inventory will dwindle in the coming years as DVC point sales progress.
