The lakeside restaurant at Disney's Wilderness Lodge is introducing a number of new menu selections, while keeping at least one popular favorite.
The popular Bison Burger isn't going anywhere. However Geyser Point Bar & Grill is set to introduce a number of new menu selections beginning on October 11, 2023. Included are:
- Crispy ‘Peking’ Ribs: tossed in peking sauce with cashews
- Geyser Chicken Wings: three flavors offered including Teriyaki, Thai Chili and Sriracha Buffalo
- Charcuterie Flatbread: topped with salami, brisket, chorizo, bacon, and smoked gouda beer cheese
- Turkey BLT Sandwich: smoked black pepper turkey, candied bacon and avocado puree
- Macaroni and ‘Cheese’ Bites: paired with tomoatoes and peppers
- Vegetable Burger with ‘Cheese’: plant-based option
- Multigrain Salad with Tofu: mixed greens, wild rice, bell peppers and sesame vinaigrette, with optional steak, chicken or salmon
The resort is also bringing back the Pineapple Mule which was previously added as a temporary menu selection during Black History Month. The cocktail combines Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey, Hella Cocktail Co. Ginger Bitters, pineapple juice, ginger beer and mint.
Two Disney Vacation Club resorts are located at the Wilderness Lodge: Boulder Ridge Villas and Copper Creek Villas & Cabins. Geyser Point Bar & Grill offers both table service and carry out dining, however reservations are not accepted.
Another DVC-adjacent restaurant receving updates is Banana Cabana, located at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort near Disney's Riviera Resort. Along with the Banana Cabana Burger, there will be two new flavors for the Grilled Wings--Rum Barbeque and Guava Buffalo. Other new selections include Seafood Fritters and Coconut Shrimp.
