Restaurant menu prices and other snack & beverage items have increased in price across Walt Disney World, including many locations at Disney Vacation Club resorts.
Sanaa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village
Disney is not immune to the inflationary prices impacting restaurants and grocery stores across the United States. And like those other businesses, they are passing the higher rates on to consumers.
As of December 2021, the Magic Kingdom's Pecos Bill's Tall Tale In and Cafe featured a Fajita Platter for $14.99 and 1/3 lb Angus Cheeseburger for $10.99. Those items are now priced at $15.49 and $11.29 respectively.
The 4-Piece Chicken Strips platter from Backlot Express at Disney's Hollywood Studios is similarly up from $9.99 to $10.29. Oddly, the restaurant's Cuban Sandwich is currently unchanged at $11.99.
Website WDWMagic.com has details on several snack items, noting that the Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bar and Mickey Premium Ice Cream Sandwich are both up from $6.00 to $6.25. Mickey Pretzels have risen from $7.00 to $7.50 and the popular Dole Whip is up from $5.99 to $6.99.
Many table service restaurants have also seen increases, including those at Disney Vacation Club resorts. Whispering Canyon Cafe at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Trattoria al Forno at Disney's BoardWalk and Sanaa at Kidani Village are among the locations with $1-2 price increases on many appetizers, entrees and specialty drinks. Resort quick service dining is also impacted, including Artist Palette at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, Beach Club Marketplace at Disney's Beach Club and Capt Cook's at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.
